Auckland Landlord Ordered to Compensate Tenants for Disturbances

Another tenant recounted a bizarre experience of being awakened by the landlord “tugging at his toe” while he had fallen asleep in the lounge. This incident not only reflects poor judgment on the part of the landlord but also raises serious concerns about boundaries between landlords and tenants.
Additionally, the tenants reported being disturbed by a builder who used a power tool to access a downstairs bedroom.
