Francesca Amber Transforms Life Through Manifestation After Loss

When Francesca Amber faced the collapse of her beauty business amid the Covid-19 pandemic, she turned to the practice of manifestation as a means to rebuild her life. Now a successful author and podcaster, Amber’s journey raises questions about the effectiveness of manifesting as a tool for personal transformation.
Amber, a 40-year-old single mother of three, experienced significant challenges after her business went under. Living in a small village house near Lincoln, she had previously managed a stable routine by renting out her London flat on Airbnb while caring for her daughter, Bohemia. “I was a single mum with my daughter in a one-bed flat in London. We shared a bed and a wardrobe, but life was good,” she recalls.
The situation changed dramatically when the pandemic hit in early 2020. “The salon closed. Every Airbnb booking evaporated. Within weeks, every income source had gone,” Amber explains. With newborn twins, Riva and Laveau, in addition to Bohemia, she found herself in a precarious financial situation. To make ends meet, she resorted to purchasing a catering-size bag of pasta to ensure her family could eat. For three months, she struggled without any source of income.
Faced with these overwhelming difficulties, Amber turned to manifestation, a concept that suggests positive thinking can lead to tangible improvements in one’s life. While the idea may seem far-fetched to some, particularly in a culture often skeptical of such notions, Amber attributes her subsequent success to this mindset shift.
“I took the tatters of my life and created something incredible using my mindset alone,” she asserts. This approach led to a remarkable turnaround. Today, Amber boasts a hit podcast and a book deal with Penguin, positioning her as a notable figure in the realm of personal development.
The skepticism surrounding manifestation often stems from its portrayal in popular culture, where it is sometimes dismissed as a trend among influencers. Yet Amber’s story illustrates that the practice can provide a structured way to redirect one’s thoughts and goals, even in the face of adversity.
Amber’s success raises intriguing questions about the intersection of mindset and real-world outcomes. As she continues to share her experiences, she invites others to explore the potential of manifestation in their own lives. Whether viewed through a lens of skepticism or openness, her journey underscores the power of resilience and positive thinking in overcoming life’s challenges.
In a world where many are seeking ways to cope with uncertainty, Amber’s narrative offers a perspective that challenges conventional views on success and self-empowerment. As she forges ahead in her career, her story resonates with those who may find themselves at a crossroads, contemplating the possibilities that lie ahead.
