Snoonu Becomes Official Sponsor of Qatar Football Association
In a significant move for both the sporting and business communities, the Qatar Football Association (QFA) has announced a sponsorship agreement with Snoonu, Qatar’s leading super-app. Under this agreement, Snoonu will serve as the Official Delivery Services Sponsor of the QFA and one of the official sponsors for the national football team through to 2028. This partnership aims to enhance the experience of fans and contribute to the growth of football in the region.
Formal Signing Ceremony at QFA Headquarters
The signing ceremony took place at the headquarters of the QFA, located in the Iconic 2022 building. The agreement was formalized by Mansour Mohammed Al-Ansari, Secretary General of the QFA, and Hamad Mubarak Al-Hajri, Founder and CEO of Snoonu, in the presence of representatives from both organizations and various local media outlets.
This collaboration opens new avenues for the QFA, linking it with one of Qatar’s most influential companies, noted for its ambitious vision and substantial market impact. Secretary General Al-Ansari expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “I highly commend this important step of signing the agreement and welcoming Snoonu as a sponsor of the Association’s activities and national teams in the upcoming period.” He highlighted that such initiatives from national companies are crucial for fostering sports and community engagement across the country.
Impact on National Sports Initiatives
Al-Hajri echoed this sentiment, expressing pride in the sponsorship agreement with the QFA, which is recognized as a leading federation both locally and internationally. He noted the timing of this partnership aligns with the ongoing Arab Cup, hosted in Qatar until March 18, 2024. “We are delighted to be one of the national team’s sponsors as this important tournament begins,” he remarked.
This sponsorship not only solidifies Snoonu’s presence in the sports sector but also reinforces its commitment to contributing to Qatar’s vibrant sporting culture. With aspirations for future collaboration, both parties look forward to enriching the sporting landscape and achieving shared humanitarian and community objectives.
