APR Corporation Schedules Q3 Earnings Call for November 6, 2025
APR Corporation, a prominent name in the global beauty industry, has announced the release of its provisional third-quarter results for 2025. The company will hold an online earnings presentation on November 6, 2025, at 10 a.m. (KST), as part of its commitment to enhance communication with investors.
The online presentation will be accessible via APR Corp’s official website. This initiative aligns with the company’s practice of hosting digital events following each quarterly earnings announcement since its listing on the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) in February 2024. The upcoming session will feature a live audio webcast, with simultaneous interpretation in both Korean and English, allowing for broader accessibility.
After the earnings announcement, investors will have the opportunity to revisit the webcast through a pop-up link on APR Corp’s official site. To cater to its international audience, the company will provide English-language materials and plans to upload a full recording of the session for later viewing.
The presentation will be led by Jaeha Shin, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, who will detail the company’s performance for the third quarter and share projections for the fourth quarter. A question-and-answer session will follow for Korean investors participating in the live event.
Founded in 2014, APR Corporation operates several beauty brands, including medicube, Aprilskin, and Forment. The company has demonstrated impressive growth, achieving 11 consecutive years of revenue growth since its inception. In 2024, APR reported sales of KRW 722.8 billion (approximately USD 505.2 million) and an operating profit of KRW 122.7 billion (approximately USD 85.8 million). For the first half of 2025, sales reached KRW 593.8 billion (around USD 415 million) with an operating profit of KRW 139.1 billion (approximately USD 97.2 million).
The company’s rapid ascent culminated in a direct listing on the KOSPI just ten years after its founding. Within 18 months of its initial listing, APR Corp. surpassed a market capitalization of KRW 9 trillion, establishing itself as a leading stock in the K-beauty sector.
APR Corporation is committed to addressing the challenges associated with aging through innovative solutions in the beauty industry. The company is also looking to expand its offerings beyond skincare and beauty devices into the broader healthcare sector, aiming to position itself as a comprehensive beauty and wellness enterprise.
For those interested in accessing the audio webcast, visit APR Corp’s official website, where you can click on the “Listen to Audio Webcast” button on the pop-up window. Participants will need to enter their name, company, and email address, agree to the privacy policy, and follow the prompts to join the session.
