QFA Launches Registration for Fans to Support Al Annabi in 2026
The Qatar Football Association (QFA) has officially opened registration for Qatari supporters who wish to travel to the FIFA World Cup 2026 and cheer for Al Annabi. The tournament will take place across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Eligibility for this initiative is restricted to Qatari nationals aged 18 and above. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Additionally, priority will be given to fans who hold valid visas for the United States or Canada.
Registration Requirements and Travel Logistics
The QFA has outlined several essential requirements for registration. Applicants must possess a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond June 1, 2026. This ensures that all travel arrangements comply with international regulations.
Travel arrangements under the programme will be limited to economy-class flights. Accommodation, transportation, and match attendance will be organized exclusively through the QFA’s official delegation, in accordance with the tournament schedule approved by FIFA.
The association aims to facilitate a well-organized fan experience for Qatari supporters, ensuring compliance with both tournament regulations and the requirements of host countries. Specific travel fees and final arrangements will be announced at a later date to guarantee smooth attendance and effective crowd management.
Application Process and Support for Fans
After registration, applicants will receive an email confirmation detailing appointment dates and travel procedures. It is important to note that submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance; all requests will be reviewed based on eligibility criteria and organizational considerations.
The QFA also highlighted that the registration process may close once the necessary number of applicants is reached. Supporters seeking additional information can contact the dedicated support centre or use the official email address provided by the association.
This initiative reflects the QFA’s commitment to mobilizing organized fan support for Al Annabi during their World Cup journey in 2026. By facilitating this program, the association aims to enhance the experience for fans and ensure that they can cheer on their national team in a coordinated manner.
