By extending this capability to the checkout phase, the new bot significantly enhances user experience. It automatically comprehends the user’s booking session, including the selected property, room type, rate plan, and associated terms. This allows the bot to provide tailored, accurate answers without the need for users to reiterate details or navigate away from the booking page.
Travelers can easily access the Booking Form Bot by tapping the chat icon located on the booking form page, which is available via the Agoda app and mobile browser. This seamless integration is part of Agoda’s commitment to improving the travel planning experience for millions of users globally.
