Professor Lisa Te Morenga, from Massey University’s Centre for Public Health Research and Nutrition, discussed the implications of this research in an interview with Mike Hosking. While the findings are intriguing, she emphasized that multivitamins should not be viewed as a “magic pill.” The effects identified in the study are relatively minor, and the research does not yet provide evidence that these supplements can extend lifespan. Instead, it highlights changes in factors believed to correlate with longevity.
