Pooja Hegde Joins Dulquer Salmaan in Highly Anticipated Film DQ41

Actress Pooja Hegde has been confirmed as the leading lady opposite Dulquer Salmaan in the upcoming Telugu film tentatively titled DQ41. This project is already generating excitement among fans as it promises to be a contemporary love story filled with rich drama, showcasing Hegde in a captivating role. Directed by Ravi Nelakuditi, the film is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the SLV Cinemas banner, marking the production house’s milestone 10th project, referred to as #SLV10.
The film was officially launched on August 4, 2023, during a traditional pooja ceremony held in Hyderabad. The event gathered several prominent figures from the Telugu film industry, including the celebrated actor Nani, who performed the ceremonial clap. Directors Srikanth Odela and Buchi Babu Sana, along with Gunnam Sandeep and Ramya Gunnam, were also in attendance, adding to the occasion’s significance.
For Pooja Hegde, this film represents a much-anticipated return to Telugu cinema after a brief hiatus. Fans are particularly eager to see her share the screen with Dulquer Salmaan for the first time, a pairing that has already sparked considerable curiosity.
In addition to DQ41, Hegde is preparing for her Bollywood debut in Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, where she stars alongside Varun Dhawan.
