Shaun Wallace Launches Quiz Tour in New Zealand This November
Shaun Wallace, renowned as “the Dark Destroyer” from the quiz show The Chase, is set to return to New Zealand this November for an engaging quiz tour. This initiative, organized in partnership with Cure Kids and Sky’s Believe it Or Not, will feature a series of quiz nights with all proceeds benefiting the charity.
The tour includes a total of eight quiz nights, facilitated by New Zealand’s largest provider of weekly pub quizzes. Locations for these events encompass major cities such as Christchurch, Invercargill, Wairarapa, Mount Maunganui, and Pukekohe. Tickets for all events are currently available for purchase through Ticketmaster.
Wallace’s Connection to New Zealand
This marks Wallace’s fifth visit to New Zealand, a country he has expressed a deep fondness for. “New Zealand is one of my favourite places on earth,” Wallace stated, reflecting on his previous visits over the past six years. His enthusiasm for returning underscores the significance of this tour, not just as a fundraising effort but also as a personal journey for the quiz master.
The Cure Kids Quiz Nights aim to foster community engagement while supporting a noble cause. All profits generated from the events will directly contribute to the charitable works of Cure Kids, which focuses on funding vital research into childhood illnesses.
Event Details and Community Impact
Each quiz night promises a lively atmosphere, where participants can test their knowledge alongside Wallace. The events are designed to be engaging and family-friendly, making them an excellent opportunity for locals to come together for a good cause.
With a commitment to philanthropy at the heart of this tour, Wallace hopes to not only entertain but also inspire attendees to contribute to the welfare of children in need.
As the date approaches, excitement builds, with fans eager to witness the quiz master in action. The combination of entertainment and charity presents a unique opportunity for New Zealanders to engage with a beloved television personality while supporting important medical research.
