The Qatar Volleyball Association (QVA) has confirmed the resumption of the Men’s Volleyball League, set to take place from March 23 to March 30, 2024. This announcement was made in Doha, Qatar, outlining key dates for the upcoming competitions, including the Qatar Cup and the Amir Cup.

Upcoming Tournament Schedule

The Amir Cup qualifying rounds will occur from April 1 to April 5, 2024, followed closely by the Qatar Cup, scheduled for April 2 to April 4. The draw for the Amir Cup will be conducted on April 6, with the tournament itself taking place from April 8 to April 15, 2024. Both cups will be held in a single-elimination format, providing a fast-paced and competitive atmosphere.

League Standings Update

As the league prepares to resume, the current standings reflect a competitive season. Al Wakrah leads the table with a seven-point advantage over Al Rayyan, who sits in second place. The standings further include Al Ahli in sixth, Al Shamal in seventh, Al Khor in eighth, Al Gharafa in ninth, while Al Sadd remains at the bottom in tenth place.
