Capture Holiday Joy in Magic Moments Photo Competition
The Otago Daily Times invites readers to participate in its exciting Magic Moments photo competition, running from December 26, 2025, to January 10, 2026. This competition encourages individuals to share their favorite holiday images, offering a chance to win various prizes that celebrate the spirit of the season.
Participants are allowed only one entry each, which must be submitted within the competition’s timeframe. The winning photographs will be announced in the Otago Daily Times on January 12, 2026. The first prize includes a $100 voucher along with an A3 canvas print of the winning photograph. The second prize features an A3 canvas print of the runner-up image, while the third prize consists of an ODT puzzle showcasing the iconic Dunedin Railway Station.
Special Offer for Participants
Additionally, all entrants whose photographs are published in the competition will have the opportunity to take their original files to Jonathan’s Photo Warehouse in Dunedin. There, they can receive a complimentary enlargement of their winning submission, providing a tangible keepsake of their holiday memories.
This initiative not only aims to engage the local community but also allows participants to delight their friends and family with their captured moments. The Otago Daily Times encourages everyone to seize this opportunity to showcase their creativity and artistry through photography.
Whether it’s a snapshot of a festive gathering, a serene winter scene, or a joyful family moment, every entry adds to the rich tapestry of shared experiences that define the holiday season. Don’t miss the chance to participate in this celebration of life’s magical moments.
