Muaither Triumphs Over Umm Salal with 3-2 Victory in QSL Cup
In a thrilling encounter on October 30, 2023, Muaither SC achieved a notable 3-2 victory against Umm Salal in their Round 4 match of the QSL Cup, effectively stopping Umm Salal’s winning streak in the tournament. The match took place at the Thani bin Jassim Stadium in Al Gharafa, where Muaither showcased their determination and skill.
Aldoukali Al Baour played a pivotal role for Muaither, scoring two goals, while Albert Ramis Laque added another to secure the win. Umm Salal’s goals came from Ahmed Abdulmaqsoud, who opened the scoring, and Ali Afif, who converted a penalty kick. This match marked Umm Salal’s first loss of the tournament.
